Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of successful payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and local courier efficiency. Typical delivery timelines range from 2 to 7 working days.

3. Delays

  • While we aim for timely delivery, delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics) may occur. We will notify you in such cases.

Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our energy bars, we do not accept returns unless the product is:

  • Damaged
  • Expired
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly delivered

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at order@zikieats.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Supporting photos or videos as evidence
  3. If eligible, we will process a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

Note: Products must be unused, and the packaging should be intact for replacement consideration.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, email order@zikieats..com or use the “Cancel Order” option in your account (if applicable).
  • If the order is already dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect and a replacement is not feasible.
  • Order was canceled before shipping.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).
  • In case of payment gateway delays, please allow additional time or contact your bank/provider.
